I'm a Registered nurse and currently working as a Chronic disease nurse in public Health.
My qualifications are Master`s degree from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor's in science from Rajiv Gandhi University, Certification in health coaching from Primal Health Coach Institute, and above all, I`m extremely passionate about coaching people to teach how to build sustainable health habits to prevent chronic diseases.
I`m a full-time mum of two girls, and we live in the beautiful Northern Rivers region in NSW, Australia. I`m originally from the Southern part of India, Kerala, and I speak both Malayalam (my native language) and English fluently. My hobbies are singing, dancing, cooking, reading, styling myself (or others), and learning new things every day :). I love spending time in my garden and try every day to live as close to nature to lead a happy, healthy life.
I wanted to share that my journey to becoming a health coach was inspired by my own lived experience in reversing Insulin Resistance.
Health coaching is an approach that is used in preventive health and chronic disease management. It involves working in partnership with clients to guide, empower, and motivate them to change their behaviour.
Health coaching is more than just telling people what to eat. It's about helping clients achieve positive change and growth through a deliberate process.
